Moves for a Good Night's Sleep

Moderate-intensity exercise or stretching may improve your sleep quality. A study found that women who walked briskly, biked, or did stretches slept better than those who didn't. Exercise can also improve mood and reduce anxiety. For high intensity activities, such as distance running, find the time to exercise early in the day. If nighttime is the only time you have to work out, try stretching or yoga as the preferred workout for a better night sleep.

Share your ideas on how you get a good night sleep.
